The Vector Noise and Operations Management System (VNOMS), which is utilized by the Ventura County Department of Airports, has announced the need for a second system maintenance and will be unavailable from 12 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST on Sunday, January 15th, 2023. Airport administration will not be able to utilize the system during this period of time and our neighbors will be unable to submit noise comments and concerns through the system.

Here are a couple of options for our neighbors to utilize while VNOMS is unavailable on January 15th:
- Make note of the time and details of a noise comment/concern and return to the system on Monday, January 16th, 2023, to submit the comment online.
- Submit a voice comment by calling 805-382-3022
Please know that we do not anticipate any additional system interruptions at this time. Please plan to utilize the system prior to and after planned maintenance on January 15th.
